Student reading from textbook: "Protein builds muscle, skin, and international organs."

Only in the ESL room do students have "international organs!"

    I had an ESL student mispronounce Shiite once in a text about Iraq, with kind of funny results. You can't make this stuff up! Our language is so weird and difficult to pronounce properly.
